About this file

This file is a pricing template spreadsheet for vendors to provide cost estimates for the Army's Next-generation Commercial Operations in Defended Enclaves (NCODE) pilot program. The template breaks down pricing across six incremental periods from April 2025 through March 2027, with escalating user and tenant counts starting at 1,000 users/100 tenets and growing to 60,000 users/6,000 tenets by the final period.

The pricing table requires vendors to provide costs for both initiating and maintaining new tenets, with each tenet supporting one small business and 10 users. The scope is specifically limited to security controls outlined in NIST SP800-171 & 172. Vendors must submit the completed pricing template to NCODE@army.mil by December 24, 2024 at 10:00 EST, and may include additional pricing context beyond the required spreadsheet format.
