Text version
Operational Reliability We have an industry leading 99.91% uptime. We do periodic maintenance on a quarterly basis in order to keep our system as efficient as possible and to improve our system features per our agency user's request.
We provide all security, firewalls and hacking protection for our government agencies. We are solely responsible for keeping and protecting private information for our agency users and buyers.
We provide all of this monitoring and protection for agencies. We ensure that buyers only have one account and do not have access to alter another bidders bid. We have a buyer team solely responsible for catching and suspending buyers that may be performing suspicious activity on our website.
If we have scheduled maintenance or downtime for system upgrades we notify all of our agencies at least 24 hours in advance on our website with a banner stating the scheduled time. We do all maintenance and upgrades on the weekends and in the evening to avoid interfering with business hours.
