About this file
This is an E-Verify Agreement form required by the Special Administrative Board of the Transitional School District of the City of St. Louis (d/b/a St. Louis Public School System) for vendors contracting with the District. The agreement mandates that vendors execute a Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit prior to or concurrent with contract execution. Vendors must affirm enrollment in the E-Verify work authorization program and confirm participation with respect to employees working on District services. The agreement requires vendors to certify they are not knowingly employing unauthorized aliens in connection with services provided to the District and to notify the District of any cessation of E-Verify participation or any actions, claims, or complaints alleging violations of Missouri Revised Statute 285.530.
Vendors must provide documentation of E-Verify participation to the District prior to or contemporaneously with contract execution, or upon request thereafter, in the form of an E-Verify screen print-out or equivalent documentation. Vendors agree to comply with all state and federal regulations or rules subsequently issued relating to Missouri Revised Statute 285.530. Any failure by the vendor to comply with the requirements outlined in this agreement constitutes material breach of the contract with the District. The agreement requires authorized signature and identification of the signatory's printed name, title, and company name.
