About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages form for a state contract with AmeriGas, issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) under Solicitation Number BPM04763. The procurement document provides a framework for potential price adjustments during contract renewal periods.
The contract allows for up to four renewal periods with predetermined maximum price increase percentages: 0% for the first renewal, 3% for the second, 4% for the third, and 5% for the fourth renewal period. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. Contractors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increases at the time of renewal. The document emphasizes that if no increase percentage is specified, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term.
