The addendum provides clarifications and modifications to the original request for proposals. Key modifications include adjustments to the scope of work parameters, clarification of environmental service requirements, and updates to submittal requirements for interested bidders. The addendum specifies that bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their proposals and confirms the deadline for proposal submissions.
