This document is a North Dakota State Contract for printed envelopes, designated as Contract Number 151-1, with North Dakota Envelope Company as the primary vendor. The contract is a mandatory state contract available for cooperative purchasing across multiple government and public sector entities, including state agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, educational entities, governmental boards, tribal agencies, transportation providers, and the International Peace Garden.
The contract covers printed envelope procurement with specific delivery and purchasing terms. Orders over $75 include free freight (F.O.B. Purchasing agencies can place orders via purchase order or purchasing card, with the contractor prohibited from passing processing fees back to the purchasing entity. Pricing details are available in contract attachments, and the contract allows for alternative procurement if the state contract does not meet specific agency needs through a formal exemption process.
