About this file

This document includes a representation and certification form and a pre-solicitation notice for a federal construction contract opportunity.

The representation and certification form addresses requirements regarding certain telecommunications equipment and services. Offerors must disclose whether they will provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the government, and must represent whether they use any covered equipment, systems or services. The pre-solicitation notice provides details for a construction project to build a new cabin and associated site work at Raven's Roost in Alaska. The solicitation will use two-phase design-build procedures and have a value between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested offerors must have an active SAM registration by the proposal due date. The project scope includes design and construction of the cabin, deck, porch and trail work, with optional items for demolition of an existing cabin and site rehabilitation work. Performance is required from May through November 2020, and bonds will be required.
