NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed responses will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the County of Bergen on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 12 Noon prevailing time. Bergen County, NJ has implemented a eProcurement platform called Bonfire. All submissions must be uploaded electronically to https://co-bergen-nj.bonfirehub.com/

Specifications and drawings may be inspected or obtained on the County’s website https://co-bergen-nj.bonfirehub.com/, at no cost.

All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website as well as in accordance with 40A:11-23c. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening.

Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
