11-A03 Walk Through Schedule - December 4 and December 5.pdf

This is a walk-through schedule document for the Saint Louis Public Schools (SLPS) related to a roof project at Stevens Elementary School. The document outlines mandatory site visit dates and times for bidders to inspect ten school facilities across St. Louis, Missouri during December 4-5, 2025. On December 4, bidders must visit Beaumont Technical Center (8:00-9:00 AM), Ashland Elementary (9:15-11:15 AM), Sumner High School (11:30 AM-12:45 PM), and Soldan High School (1:00-3:30 PM). On December 5, site visits are scheduled at Bryan Hill Elementary (8:00-8:45 AM), Yeatman/Liddell College Preparatory Middle School (9:00-10:30 AM), Hickey Elementary (10:45 AM-12:30 PM), Washington Montessori Elementary (12:45-2:00 PM), Hamilton Elementary (2:15-2:45 PM), and Stevens Elementary (3:00-3:45 PM). All facilities are located in St. Louis, Missouri.

The walk-through schedule facilitates bidder inspection of project sites for what SLPS describes as work to be completed efficiently in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements. This schedule appears to be a mandatory pre-bid site visit requirement, enabling prospective vendors to assess conditions and scope requirements across multiple school locations before submitting proposals for the Stevens roof project and potentially related work at other facilities.
