About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Statement for Solicitation No. 26001797 issued by the State of Texas for Paul Davis and T-Bar Well Fields Maintenance. The document serves as a certification requirement for bidders participating in this competitive solicitation. Bidders must acknowledge that their bid prices have been developed independently without consultation, communication, or agreement with competing firms or potential bidders. The statement requires bidders to confirm they have not disclosed their pricing information to other bidders prior to bid opening and will not do so before the submission deadline.
The Non-Collusion Statement mandates that bidders certify they have not attempted to induce competitors to refrain from bidding, submit higher bids, or submit intentionally noncompetitive or complementary bids. Each authorized company representative must sign and date the statement, providing printed name, title, and company affiliation. This certification is a standard requirement designed to ensure fair and open competition and to prevent bid-rigging or collusive practices that would compromise the integrity of the procurement process.
