III. PROPOSAL EVALUATION CRITERIA

Proposals will be evaluated based on the response to all provisions of this RFP. Since this solicitation is an

RFP as opposed to a Bid, pricing alone will not constitute the entire selection criteria. The City reserves the right to modify the evaluation criterion and percentage of the score as deemed appropriate prior to the commencement of evaluation.

Evaluation Process

Proposals will be reviewed by the individual committee members against certain criteria through a pre-prepared scoring matrix. The committee will submit their scores to the City

Purchasing Agent who will compile the scores and rank the submissions. The committee will meet to review the top three scoring firms and may schedule a 1-hour virtual or in-person presentation from each vendor. The presentations will not be scored, but the evaluation committee will, at the conclusion of all presentations, select a firm for award or withdraw the

RFP.
