B-2 - NOTES:

Contractors submitting price proposals are required to complete the Schedule of Values (SOV) Form provided by the Government as part of the solicitation documents. The completed SOV Form is considered part of Section B and Contractors must enter an amount for each line item to be considered for award.

Payment for bond premiums in accordance with Clause 52.232-5, Payments under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts, shall not be in addition to the contract price. Include bond payments under Item 1 (Mobilization).

All pay quantities are Lump Sum Quantities as defined in the specifications.

The Government intends to award one contract to the Contractor who provides the best overall value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to base bid items alone or base bid plus any combination of optional bid items. The Government reserves the right to award all, part or none of the contract. Contractors must enter an amount for each item on all base and optional bid items to be considered for award.
