About this file

This document is an instructional guide for accessing and navigating the NASPO ValuePoint (formerly WSCA) contract system for copiers, printers, and related devices covering the 2014-2019 period. The guide specifically references Wisconsin as a participating state and identifies four primary contractors: Canon (#505ENT-M15-MFDCOPIER-02), Sharp (#505ENT-M15-MFDCOPIER-03), Konica Minolta (#505ENT-M15-MFDCOPIER-04), and Ricoh (#505ENT-M15-MFDCOPIER-05). The document provides step-by-step instructions for state agencies to access contractor information through the NASPO ValuePoint website and navigate to Wisconsin-specific pricing and contract details.

The contract covers copiers, printers, and related devices with pricing and terms varying by contractor and accessible through their respective websites linked from the NASPO ValuePoint portal. Each contractor maintains Wisconsin-specific information including pricing structures, and agencies must navigate individual contractor websites to obtain detailed pricing information. The Master Agreement establishes standard terms and conditions, while any Wisconsin-specific exceptions are documented in the state's Participating Addendum. The guide references additional resources including a Quick Guide on VendorNet for information on resellers, quotes, disposal procedures, and portfolio-style PDF files containing searchable contract documents and exhibits for each contractor.
