About this file
This document is an addendum to a corporate agreement between the State of North Dakota and Delta Air Lines, along with several partner airlines including Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Alitalia, Virgin Atlantic, and Virgin Australia. The addendum outlines the terms of the Delta Edge Meetings (DEM) program, which provides specific meeting-related travel discounts and reporting mechanisms for corporate travel.
The contract provides tiered discounts for group travel, ranging from 2% to 10% off depending on booking class, with eligibility requirements including a minimum of 20 round-trip passengers from two or more U.S. or Canadian cities traveling to a common destination. Participants can earn a 1% backend credit on total base flown revenue for meetings with at least 50 round-trip passengers, to be credited to a UATP account approximately 45 days after travel. The program covers Delta and its codeshare partner flights, with specific restrictions on discount combinations and fare eligibility. Performance reporting includes detailed passenger information and meeting tracking, contingent on proper OSI entry during booking.
