The North Dakota Travel - Delta Air Fare Discounts multi-award vehicle provides state agencies and higher education institutions with a comprehensive airfare discount program through Delta Air Lines. This contract enables state employees to access negotiated flight discounts ranging from 2% to 10% depending on airfare class, exclusively for business travel. Participants must establish a Delta SkyMiles account and book through designated program channels, with additional group travel discounts available for bookings of 20 or more passengers through the Delta Edge Meeting program.

The contract is managed by the State of North Dakota and covers multiple airlines within the SkyTeam alliance, including Delta, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France, Aeromexico, Virgin Atlantic, and Korean Air Lines. The contract period runs from April 1, 2015, to August 31, 2025, with geographic coverage extending across North America and international regions. Several approved travel agencies, such as Tzell Travel Group, Travel Carrousel, and Northland Travel, are authorized to offer these discounts. While specific total contract value is not disclosed, the vehicle provides a structured procurement mechanism for state employees to access discounted air travel for official business purposes.
