Technical Exhibit
SUPPORT FOR RECURRING EVENTS
Picatinny 5K Run – April Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Ensure race course is appropriately policed and swept.
Picatinny Installation Summer Safety Day
Ensure necessary and appropriate maintenance is done in and around Building 93.
Assist the ISO with putting up safety banners before the event; and the removal of banners upon completion of the event.
Ensure event site and parking lots are cleaned of debris before and following the of Safety Day events.
Picatinny Community Day
Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Provide on-site electrician for set-up and operations beginning the day of the event and as needed.
Make all necessary electrical upgrades and inspect all electrical devices and carnival connections, to include all support lighting to Fest Tent, stage and food vendor areas.
Coordinate with MWR POC.
Picatinny Annual Holiday Tree-Lighting Ceremony
Ensure the area around Chapel is appropriately policed and groomed.
Ensure the lights are installed on the tree and conduct a test of the lights to ensure that they are operational. Lights will be removed at end of event.
Provide on-site electrician to ensure operability of electrical systems.
Provide two large trash cans for the event.
