Area Agencies on Aging (AAA)

The Arizona Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) Master Agreement CTR048044 is a comprehensive contract administered by the Division of Aging and Adult Services, focused on providing a wide range of services for seniors and vulnerable populations across Arizona. The IDV covers multiple service categories including adult day care, case management, congregate and home-delivered meals, transportation, legal assistance, health education, caregiver support, and direct care worker programs. These services are supported through diverse funding sources such as the Older Americans Act (OAA), Title III programs, Social Services Block Grant (SSBG), State Independent Living Supports, and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

The master agreement is awarded to the Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG) and runs from July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2025, with multiple annual amendments adjusting funding levels and service allocations. The contract type is a Master Agreement with a state-wide geographic coverage for Arizona. Recent amendments have established annual reimbursement ceilings ranging from approximately $6.4 million to $9.1 million, demonstrating the flexibility and ongoing adaptation of services to meet changing community needs. The contract incorporates various federal and state funding streams, requiring specific matching fund requirements and detailed budget allocations across administrative, direct service, and operational expense categories.
