General Office Supplies

The Texas Historical Commission awarded a term contract (615-C1) to Staples Contract & Commercial LLC for general office supplies, specifically ink cartridges for the Eisenhower Birthplace located in Denison, Texas. The contract, effective from July 23, 2025, to December 31, 2027, encompasses two line items: two packages of Canon 251 Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Ink Cartridges (4/Pack) at $39.79 per package and two individual Canon 250XL Black High Yield Ink Cartridges at $17.34 each, resulting in a total contract value of $114.26.

The procurement is executed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division, with the order being tax-exempt under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as it is for the exclusive use of the State of Texas. The contract includes a three-day delivery turnaround, with the initial scheduled delivery set for July 28, 2025. The primary contact for this order is Marion Wilson from the Texas Historical Commission, representing a targeted, low-value office supply acquisition to support state government operations.
