The scope comprises approximately 58 network surveillance cameras: up to 50 interior Cisco Meraki MV22X dome cameras (or equal), up to 5 exterior Cisco Meraki MV63X dome cameras (or equal), and 3 Cisco Meraki MV84X 360-degree four-headed cameras (or equal). Delivery is F.O.B. destination within 30 calendar days of award and purchase order receipt.
Vendors must hold a West Virginia contractor's license and submit a signed drug-free workplace affidavit. A 5% bid bond is required at submission; the apparent successful vendor must provide performance and labor/material payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract value prior to award. Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence are mandatory. Contract term is fixed at 250 days from notice to proceed.
Award will be made to the vendor providing the lowest overall total cost meeting specified requirements. The contract is contingent upon legislative appropriation of funds, and the State reserves the right to cancel with 30 days' written notice if materials or workmanship do not conform to specifications.
