Pricing shall remain firm for the entire contract period, with prices net delivered and F.O.B. destination, prepaid and included in the bid. Payment terms are net 30 days, with electronic funds transfer required unless a hardship exception is approved. The State accepts Procurement Card (P-Card) payment with no additional charges.

Questions must be submitted in writing to Procurement Officer Bridget Martinez by end of business July 24, 2026. No pre-bid conference is scheduled.
