About this opportunity
Florida State College at Jacksonville is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Tree & Vegetation Debris Removal Services contract (File No. 2026C-02) covering ongoing and emergency removal services across the college's grounds. The procurement seeks licensed tree and vegetation debris removal companies or joint ventures operating within the State of Florida to provide flexible, responsive services for managing landscape and vegetation-related debris. Qualified vendors must demonstrate expertise in professional debris removal techniques, compliance with state licensing requirements, and capacity to respond to both routine maintenance and emergency situations. The non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via WebEx, and proposal submissions are due by 2:00 P.M. on June 5, 2025, with public opening via a separate WebEx event. Vendors must submit electronic proposals through designated web links, including https://erfp.integratise.com/getall/registration_initial_tmp.asp, with additional submission options available through the college's website and My Florida MarketPlace.
The college explicitly encourages minority business participation in this contract opportunity, suggesting potential set-aside considerations or preferential evaluation criteria for minority-owned enterprises. While specific award value or budget range is not disclosed in the available documentation, the contract appears designed for ongoing, as-needed services rather than a fixed-term, fixed-value arrangement. Technical support for proposal submission is available via email at support@getall.com, with instructions to include "FSCJ RFP 2026C-02" in the subject line. The procurement is specifically targeting vendors within Duval County and the broader Florida state jurisdiction, with a focus on comprehensive, responsive vegetation management services. Potential respondents should carefully review all submission requirements, WebEx connection details, and ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations for tree and vegetation debris removal services.
