About this opportunity
Destination Dutchess, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit Destination Marketing Organization serving Dutchess County, is requesting quotes from New York-based vendors to manufacture Tourism Information Point signage, with an optional installation component, quotes due July 20, 2026 at 5 p.m. A strong preference applies to vendors headquartered and operating within Dutchess County or the Hudson Valley region; MWBE and SDVO certifications are preferred but not required.
The scope comprises 12 signs measuring 24" × 27" and 5 signs measuring 8.5" × 11", single-sided, printed on Aluminum Composite Material or comparable durable material resistant to weather, UV, fade, and scratch damage. All signs display updated branding and QR codes linking to a 24/7 multilingual AI-powered visitor service agent. The optional installation component covers 13 signs at 11 Dutchess County locations, including removal of four existing signs, with most wall-mounted on interior or exterior surfaces, one mounted to PVC fencing, and one to an existing brochure rack.
Quote submissions must include total project cost for signage production with shipping and applicable taxes; unit pricing if available; pricing validity period; warranty information with duration and coverage; estimated production lead time from final artwork; and confirmation of New York State headquarters and operations. Vendors bidding the optional installation component must provide total installation costs including labor, transportation, mounting hardware, removal and disposal, and applicable taxes; installation methodology; and proof of insurance applicable to installation work. Bidding on installation is not required; the installation component may be awarded separately. Vendors must be insured and registered to do business in New York State. Examples of similar projects completed within the last three years are optional but encouraged.
Questions are due July 13, 2026 at 12 p.m., submitted through the Bidnet system.
