Work locations span the City of New Orleans and portions of Jefferson Parish. SWBNO may request additional workers within a maximum five-day timeframe as operational needs arise.
The contract term is two years with three optional one-year renewals, commencing upon Board approval and Notice to Proceed issuance. Proposers must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile, and Errors and Omissions insurance with specified minimum limits.
Written inquiries and clarification requests are due October 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST, with responses posted by October 14. The mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST at the SWBNO Carrollton Water Plant Auditorium, with virtual attendance available via Microsoft Teams. Proposals must be submitted electronically as digitally signed PDFs. Payment is made within approximately 45 calendar days of invoice receipt and approval.
