The incarcerated population served is approximately 35,000 individuals across the DOCCS facility system.

Respondents must submit estimated pricing for services, including hardware and software specifications, technical support details, warranty provisions, training and helpdesk operations, and documentation of 24/7/365 support availability. All costs associated with responding are the responsibility of the respondent.

Questions are due September 9, 2026 by 3:00 p.m., with answers provided by approximately September 14, 2026. Responses should be submitted via email to DOCCScontracts@doccs.ny.gov or mailed to the CPU at 550 Broadway, Menands, New York 12204.
