About this opportunity

Gwinnett County Public Schools is requesting information on an Inclusive Education Model Pilot to support its strategic goal of improving coordination and outcomes across multilingual, gifted, and special education services, with responses due October 16, 2026. This is an RFI (RFI-2701KM), not a binding solicitation, and signals intent to engage a third-party consultant to conduct a comprehensive review before pilot implementation.

The scope includes two sequential phases: an independent assessment of current inclusive practices, systems, structures, and student outcomes across the district, followed by design and implementation of an Inclusive Education Model Pilot in selected schools. GCPS seeks qualified organizations with demonstrated expertise in inclusive education, systems change, special education, organizational development, and school transformation aligned with its Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) goal.

No contract value, term, place of performance, or evaluation criteria are stated in the RFI. Questions should be submitted through the Message Center in Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire) prior to the question due date. The RFI was posted September 18, 2026.
