All quotes to end users must show both catalog and discounted prices. Bids are F.O.B. destination with all freight charges included; expedited shipping may be passed to end users if substantiated with carrier documentation.
The initial contract term is 12 months with options to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods under the same pricing, terms, and conditions, contingent on written approval from both the State and supplier at least 30 days prior to each expiration. Awarded suppliers must pay a 2 percent administrative fee on total sales, remitted quarterly by the 20th of the first month following each quarter with a summary report detailing sales by purchasing entity. Awarded bidders must attend the Supplier Expo in the initial contract year and accept multiple forms of electronic payment at no additional cost, including credit cards, P-cards, and EFT.
