The initial contract term is one year from execution. The Town reserves the right to award multiple contractors, reject any or all proposals, and negotiate terms with selected vendors. Questions are due September 4, 2026, with responses posted by September 8. Award recommendations are expected by October 5, 2026. Proposals are binding for 60 days following submission and become property of the Town subject to public disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act.
