Central Time. Pre-bid site visits are scheduled for August 5 at 9:00 A.M. and August 6 at 11:00 A.M.; written questions are due August 7 at 5:00 P.M., with answers expected by August 11 at 5:00 P.M. Contract award is anticipated September 1, 2026.

The scope encompasses daily, monthly, and semi-annual janitorial services for a 16,522-square-foot facility. Daily duties include general cleaning (10% staff allocation), restroom cleaning and sanitation (20%), and floor maintenance (30%) provided five days per week (Monday through Friday) by one dedicated Day Porter. Monthly services include interior glass-panel cleaning and high-ledge and vent cleaning. Semi-annual services include vinyl composition tile floor stripping and waxing. The contractor provides all cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and labor; DPS supplies paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and trash liners. All contracted employees require background checks. Monthly Janitorial Service Reports are due by the fifth of each month, documenting completed service categories with employee signatures.

The contract term runs five years from September 1, 2026, with DPS retaining the right to extend for up to six additional months at the same rates. Bidders must submit pricing on a Mandatory Pricing Schedule covering 12 monthly invoices and 2 semi-annual invoices annually for each contract year.
