The scope covers monthly rental of one 6,000-gallon or greater liquid cryogenic vessel and one 525-gallon or greater reserve tank, with the vendor providing all labor, installation, crane service, piping installation, equipment maintenance, and delivery at no additional cost to the facility. The vendor must coordinate installation and testing with the Respiratory Department Manager and Maintenance Department Manager, completing all work within forty calendar days of contract award. Standard delivery is F.O.B. destination with seven-calendar-day turnaround for routine orders and three-calendar-day turnaround for emergency orders. Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all mandatory specifications. The pricing structure includes monthly rental charges, per-1,000-cubic-feet oxygen pricing, shipping and handling with demurrage charges, and Certificate of Analysis/Compliance charges. Vendors must complete pricing across all four contract years on Exhibit A; incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.
