Bidders must submit sealed bids with written statements and detailed drawings confirming compliance with all specifications; bids must include all-inclusive pricing for materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permitting, and delivery as firm fixed price with no escalation. Bidders may bid on individual line items or both locations; the Department reserves the right to award partially or reject all bids.
The contract term begins July 28, 2026 or upon issuance of Notice to Proceed, with an option to extend for one additional six-month period. A one-year warranty is required. Liquidated damages are assessed at $200 per calendar day for delays beyond August 30, 2026. Contractors must maintain Commercial General/Product Liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, plus Comprehensive Automobile Liability coverage.
