The scope covers comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance of Ford Smith in-ground hydraulic heavy-duty transit bus lifts at 65 Potomska Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts. The awardee must furnish all labor, supervision, diagnostic services, tools, testing equipment, replacement parts, consumables, and transportation to restore lifts to safe and functional condition in accordance with manufacturer requirements and ANSI/ALI industry standards.

Bidders must submit a Uniform Bid Sheet with detailed pricing broken down by contract year, hourly labor rates (business hours, non-business hours, and emergency response), lead times, and total cost inclusive of applicable discounts or rebates. All pricing must remain firm for a minimum of 90 days from submittal.

Insurance requirements include Worker's Compensation coverage with limits not less than $1 million and Commercial General Liability coverage on an occurrence basis with limits not less than $1 million per occurrence and aggregate. A Certificate of Insurance with required endorsements is due at contract execution; renewal certificates must be submitted at least ten days prior to expiration.

The contract is federally and state-funded through the Federal Transit Administration. All bidders must complete a Debarment Certification and confirm System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration status. Compliance with FTA procurement guidelines, including disadvantaged business enterprise participation goals where applicable, is mandatory.
