Material must be stockpiled at the quarry site. All delivery and completion must occur by April 25, 2027, following issuance of Notice to Proceed. Extraction is limited to daylight hours Monday through Saturday. Contractors assume all transportation, handling, and processing costs on an F.O.B. destination basis.
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience providing similar goods and services and provide three references for contracts of comparable scope and quantity completed within the last three years. Pricing will be fixed throughout the contract term. Commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million per occurrence (annual aggregate $2 million), automobile liability of $1 million combined single limit, and workers' compensation insurance as required by Oregon law are mandatory.
The contract term is one year or upon completion of contractor obligations, whichever is sooner. No pre-bid conference is scheduled. The Notice of Intent to Award will be posted within five business days after bid opening. Submissions are made through OregonBuys eProcurement.
