The system operates on a 208V/120V three-phase four-wire configuration with 26 KVA total load capacity. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, lifts, access, mobilization, delivery, storage, permits, fees, inspections, testing, and documentation necessary for complete performance. Mandatory qualifications include holding all required South Carolina electrical licenses and demonstrating experience with comparable arena, large-venue, LED display, or suspended-equipment electrical installations. Commercial general liability and auto liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence is required. Bidders must submit a detailed pricing breakdown showing estimated labor hours by classification with fully burdened rates, subcontractor costs by scope, material costs by major category, and equipment or rental costs.
