Evaluation criteria weight repair services and brand matrix at 45%, cost at 28%, firm history and experience at 12%, qualifications at 10%, and understanding of scope at 5%.
A Material Supply and Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of contract value is required within 20 calendar days of execution. Liability insurance must include $100,000 per claim/$500,000 aggregate comprehensive general liability and motor vehicle coverage, plus workers compensation.
