The project is funded through State Aid for Library Construction (Project Number 0386-25-1233) and subject to New York State Master Contract for Grants Standard Terms and Conditions. Prevailing wage rates under New York Labor Law Sections 220 and 220-d apply. The base bid includes all work outlined in contract documents dated June 30, 2026, with one add alternate for additional balustrade and lattice baseboard repair and restoration.
Construction is scheduled to begin on or after September 14, 2026, with Substantial Completion targeted for December 1, 2026 and Final Completion by December 31, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. Bids must remain open for 60 calendar days following the bid opening date.
