About this opportunity
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is requesting responses to establish a blanket purchase order for Eyeride subscription services, with responses due September 23, 2026 at 3 p.m.
The scope covers subscription services for 367 vehicles and 15 vehicles, each requiring 10 months of service. Pricing must be submitted on a per-vehicle, per-month basis. All documents requiring TDCJ signatures—warranties, maintenance agreements, license agreements, and software access agreements—must be included with the response to avoid cancellation of award or refusal to sign after award. Delivery is to the TDCJ Huntsville Unit Mechanical Department at 817 14th Street, Huntsville, Texas 77340.
Responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Vendors must register before submission and upload their responses before the deadline; no amendments or corrections are permitted after the due date, though responses may be withdrawn and resubmitted before closure. All questions and requests for additional information must be submitted through the electronic bid system. TDCJ will issue amendments via Public Notice through the portal, and respondents are responsible for monitoring the Electronic State Business Daily and checking the bid system regularly. Bidders should submit their name, address, fax number, and email address to the designated TDCJ contact to be included on the amendment distribution list; TDCJ disclaims responsibility for any bidder's failure to receive amendments if contact information was not provided.
TDCJ retains sole discretion to adjust prices periodically to reflect tariff changes implemented after the response due date, provided contractors document the effective date, amount, scope, and specific commercial impact of tariffs. TDCJ may reduce or retract granted adjustments upon notification to the contractor.
