About this opportunity
The State of Tennessee is issuing a Request for Information on emerging technologies, services, and solutions for the Emerging Technology Expo 2026, with responses due August 6, 2026. This RFI does not constitute a binding procurement action or commitment to purchase and seeks input from vendors, technology providers, and stakeholders on innovative offerings that could be showcased or integrated into the expo.
Tennessee is gathering market intelligence to inform planning and logistics for the 2026 event, including potential exhibitors, demonstration areas, and interactive experiences. Responses will help the state develop a comprehensive strategy for the expo's content, vendor participation, and overall structure. The RFI process permits flexible responses without formal pricing submissions at this stage.
Information collected through this RFI will inform subsequent formal procurement actions that Tennessee intends to issue to establish vendor partnerships, secure exhibition space, arrange technology demonstrations, and support event operations. No specific set-asides, incumbent contractors, or funding allocations are detailed in the RFI phase.
