All solicitation details, addendums, questions and answers, and modifications will be posted on the TxDOT Procurement Portal through the Euna Procurement website. Respondents are required to monitor the portal for updates. The procurement contact is Krista Laird, CTCD, at Krista.Adams@txdot.gov. The bid notification does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, award date, set-asides, or other detailed financial and contractual parameters; those details are contained in supplemental documents available on the portal.
