Historical annual spend is $700,000, provided as a guideline only. Pricing must be submitted as firm, fixed prices on Exhibit C Pricing Sheet for an initial twelve-month term and two optional one-year renewal periods (maximum three-year contract term), with a further one-year extension available at HHSC's sole discretion. Price adjustments are permitted only at HHSC's discretion and may correlate to the Consumer Price Index or Federal Minimum Wage Rate.
