The project encompasses approximately 52,925 square feet of building area and includes mechanical system upgrades, electrical systems and lighting upgrades, ceiling and paint work, and selective remodeling of counseling suite reception, registrar service windows, and office configurations. Detailed structural calculations, hazmat survey, and comprehensive MEP specifications are provided. The construction cost estimate is $5,400,000. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per day for schedule delays. Substantial completion is required by August 20, 2027, with mobilization anticipated December 14, 2027, following the fall semester.
