Suppliers must provide Safety Data Sheets for chemical items and may be required to submit product samples. The contract period will run from February 25, 2026, to February 24, 2027, with no renewal options. The solicitation does not explicitly outline set-aside designations or specific restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. However, bidders must comply with several legal requirements, including E-Verify employment verification, background screening, and public entity crime regulations. Contractors will need to meet comprehensive insurance specifications, including General Liability, Automotive Liability, and Workers' Compensation Insurance, with coverage varying based on contract value. The estimated annual contract value is approximately $900,000, with the district reserving the right to award by line item, section, or aggregate total to ensure the most advantageous outcome. Insurance certificates must be filed and approved by the School Board, with the board listed as an "Additional Insured" and "Certificate Holder" on all policies. All insurance companies must maintain a Best's Financial Strength Rating of "A-V" or better. The district will give consideration to prices established by the State of Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Purchasing through its existing contracts and negotiated agreements.
