Selected firms will work to the City of Casselberry Utility Standards Manual (March 2019), which establishes minimum design and construction standards for potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities within the City's corporate limits and utility service area. Design submissions must comply with an approved products list restricting material selection to pre-approved manufacturers and models. Contracts will run three years from approval and execution, with opportunities for two additional one-year renewal periods at the City's discretion.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026. Questions are due October 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Evaluation and shortlist selection is scheduled for October 29, 2026, with interviews or presentations on November 5, 2026, and City Commission approval anticipated for December 2026.
