The scope covers a 32M (105' reach) boom pump truck with operator and fuel charge across three counties: Brooke, Ohio, and Wetzel. Estimated volumes are 100 operating hours, 1,000 cubic yards of concrete/grout, 55 travel hours, 20 primer bags, and 20 overtime hours per county.
The initial contract term is one year upon award, with renewal options available for up to three successive one-year periods, subject to mutual written consent at least 30 days prior to expiration.
