Adobe Creative Cloud

The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is requesting quotes for Adobe Creative Cloud software through the PHLContracts platform, with quotes due July 17, 2026. The Local Business Entity (LBE) Program does not apply to this Software Program procurement.

All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock at the city's location; drop shipment is not acceptable. The vendor must provide costs for installation and configuration unless otherwise directed and must submit product literature at the city's request.

Vendors must submit quotes through the PHLContracts.phila.gov online system by completing mandatory tabs including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary. Submission requires vendors to confirm seller role, answer all mandatory questions, review and accept terms and conditions, enter unit costs and discounts for each listed item, address all validation warnings, and click "Save & Continue" on every tab to ensure proper progression through the submission workflow. The Local Business Entity certification question must be answered to proceed, even though LBE Program requirements do not apply to this procurement. Vendors may use alternate description fields or separate attachments for additional information and must download and save all attachments listed in the Terms & Conditions tab before uploading any supporting documents in the Attachments tab.
