Services are structured as an open-ended contract utilizing Statement of Work documents and Agency Delivery Orders, with compensation based on proposed hourly rates for professional roles detailed on Exhibit A.

The contract term is five years with five optional one-year renewals. The selected consultant will perform services at DMTF's Charleston, West Virginia office with a mandatory kickoff meeting within 30 days of award and additional visits to WVU PRT in Morgantown as determined post-award. All travel and site visit expenses are incorporated into hourly rates.
