The scope is a complete integrated system consisting of a Hunter Ultimate ADAS System (or approved equal) with minimum 32-inch monitor, universal and OEM calibration targets compatible with Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, Lexus, General Motors, and Subaru platforms, and a Hunter RX16K Alignment Rack (or approved equal) with minimum 16,000 lb lifting capacity and 195-inch extended wheelbase capability. The system must include swing jacks, stainless steel turnplates, inflation station, and PowerSlide movable turnplate system. The contractor must deliver, install, setup, calibration, startup, and commissioning within 150 days of the contract effective date at Division 10 – Non-Revenue Maintenance Operation, 742 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California 90033. Delivery must occur Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with two working days' advance notice. The equipment must be new, factory model year at time of purchase award, with all components OEM items. The contractor must provide comprehensive training consisting of minimum two five-day courses accommodating at least six Metro personnel per session, covering alignment measurements, ADAS calibration procedures, software operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. All software licenses, updates, training costs, operator manuals, maintenance and electrical schematics, and software documentation must be included. A minimum one-year warranty (or manufacturer's standard warranty, whichever is greater) applies from acceptance, with replacement parts and technical support available for minimum five years post-delivery. Payment terms are Net 30, with California sales tax and use tax applying as applicable. The contractor must submit a 10% bid guarantee (certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond) and obtain executed contract and required Certificates of Insurance, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace Program documentation within 10 calendar days of Letter of Award. Written questions are due September 22, 2026, with responses provided by September 29, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder on a firm fixed-price basis with no options. The contract is funded with state and/or local funds, subject to fiscal year funding availability.
