A bid bond equal to ten percent of the base bid is required at submission; performance and labor material payment bonds equal to 100 percent of contract price are due within ten days of award.
Bidders must hold a State Contractor's General Building Contractor Class B License and specialty licenses for Low Voltage System Contractor (C-7), Concrete Contractor (C-8), Electrical (C-10), Fencing Contractor (C-13), and Plumbing (C-36), or designate licensed subcontractors.
