Penetrations will need to be created to continue the supply and return air ductwork into the affected space.  Contractor will tie into this existing ductwork and takeoff from this point to connect the remainder of the system.  RTU when installed, was not fully commissioned when installed, as the project was modified to not include bringing this unit online. RTU is to be brought online, with controls and monitors being brought into the Building Management System. The control panel is in mechanical room 1-2234. The contractor is to provide programming services to ensure system operation utilizing existing sensors and any new controls to match the current system’s Sequence of Operation and data reporting in Metasys.  The contractor shall provide a PDF file with a description of the Sequence of Operation and chart of the control points.
