Update #4 · Latest ·

Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number?

Answer: This is a new requirement. No current or previous contractor has performed this work.

Update #3 ·

Attaching Questions and Answers.

1. The load bank testing services included in our original scope of work utilized a 100kVA load bank. The

current scope is requesting 750kVA load bank. If deemed acceptable by Eaton, would the government

be accepting of the use of a 100kVA load bank?

Answer –

This request is acceptable as long as the load bank is adequately size to support the equipment tested,

and meets all manufactures recommended test requirements.

2. The original proposal submitted was developed with a Monday through Friday contiguous work

effort. The PWS is requesting work be performed across multiple days with a weekend break of no work.

This will result in additional costs.

If all UPS work can be performed across a 5 day period with mitigated

risk, would the customer be accepting of the contiguous Monday through Friday schedule?

Answer –

This request is not acceptable. This work shall be performed across multiple days with a weekend break

of no work.
