About this opportunity
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vehicle maintenance and repair services across Region 6, which encompasses Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah. The proposed BPA will cover comprehensive automotive repair services, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for all vehicle operating systems such as fluid services, electronics, coolant systems, steering/brake components, engine work, paint/body repairs, glass, and undercarriage maintenance. Vendors must be capable of providing estimates before work and performing services both in-shop and in the field. The contract will be open to businesses of all sizes under NAICS 811111 (General Automotive Repair), with a size standard of $9 million. Interested vendors can submit their interest during the solicitation period, with the pre-solicitation notice posted on February 18, 2025, and responses due by March 4, 2025.
The contract will not have a specific set-aside designation and will be available to businesses of all sizes. Purchase limitations are set at $2,500 per call for field station personnel, with higher amounts subject to additional BPA regulations. Authorized callers will include Region 6 Fish and Wildlife Service employees with government purchase/fleet card training, Budget Specialists, and warranted contracting officers. The BPA is proposed as a 10-year agreement, potentially covering vehicle repairs within the designated region or within 150 miles of a vehicle's physical location. While specific award values are not detailed, the size standard of $9 million suggests significant potential contract volume. The procurement will utilize the J025 Product Service Code for maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of vehicular equipment components, indicating a broad scope of potential repair and maintenance services.
